Local businesses were choosing between two options that both cost them. Template builders hand over a generic site and leave the work of running it with the owner. Traditional agency projects often require a larger upfront investment, with ongoing operation handled separately. Neither fits a plumber or a dental practice that needs to be findable this month.
Problem
The hard part was not designing a website. It was making custom, maintained, search-visible sites arrive in days at a price a small business will accept, then keeping them running without a support queue behind every one.
Approach
We built the studio and the delivery system as one thing. Each site is designed for the business rather than assembled from a template, on a shared platform that centralizes hosting, security, and updates instead of repeating that work for every client. The offer is a managed monthly service covering design, hosting, and ongoing changes, on month-to-month plans without a long-term commitment.
Current State
LocalCred is live and operating across the Denver Metro and the Colorado Front Range, serving trades, practices, and restaurants. It is the first North of Ash product to run in public. North of Ash Limited does business as LocalCred.
